A-Z German Language Courses (hereinafter "A-Z German") offers German language courses for individuals and corporate clients (hereinafter referred to as "Participants"). The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between A-Z Deutsch and the participant.

Registration

The minimum age for participation in the course is 18 years. Young people under the age of 18 can attend a course, provided the school has a written permission from their parents. For all activities outside the classroom A-Z Deutsch we assume no liability.

Registrations must generally be received 2 weeks before the beginning of the course together with the deposit (50% of the course fee).

Registration takes place in person or by sending the completed and signed registration form by post or via our online form. This application is binding.

The course fee is valid at the time of registration.

After registration, the participant is not entitled to transfer the resulting claims to third parties, unless he receives the written consent of the institute's management.

Failed instruction due to the participant's fault will not be refunded.

Liability

The participant undertakes to comply with the conditions of participation and the house rules in the training rooms. The participant is liable for all damages caused by him. In case of breach of contractual or legal obligations, the participant can be excluded from further course participation. In such case, paid fees will not be refunded.

The participant is responsible for the necessary conclusion of a health, accident and liability insurance.

Participation in all events is at your own risk. A-Z Deutsch assumes no liability for damage resulting from illness, accident, injury or theft. For damages or performance disturbances due to force majeure A-Z Deutsch is not liable.

The participant is responsible for obtaining visa and other requirements for participation in the booked course.

A-Z Deutsch reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course for operational reasons. If the course participant is unable to attend the offered substitute course, the remaining course fee will be reimbursed.
